My uncle is 48 old. The wbc is decreasing and went less than 100k and didn't have any dengue symptoms. What might be the problem?

First let me correct you that its should be Platelet count. And if yes then the decreasing platelets mainly be because of Either in malaria or dengue. And don't rely on symptoms much and please get investigated for NS1 antingen and IGg IGm for dengue.
