My kids are 8 years and 5 years boys. Having cold for more than 10 days. They cough only during sleep at the night. So I have avoided using air condition. But still they are having the same problem. Please suggest the best for my kids.

Dear Lybrateuser, - Do steam inhalation three times a day - avoid all cold fluids, have more of warm fluids like water, tea, milk, soup - give Syrup Chericof, 1 teaspoonful three times a day - Syrup Sinarest, 1teaspoonful after meals three times a day - avoid spicy, sour & junk food - if not much improvement then consult a doctor as they may require a course of antibiotics.
