Sir I do go daily jym and workout daily and take supplements of protein ,eat eggs or dry fruits for 5 month but my weight doesn't increase than what can I do.

Try taking banana shakes in skim milk dates Nd frequent small meals which r dense in calories There r chances that ur PREWORKOUT Nd POSTWORKOUT meals r not enough Probably some more supplements r required Nd some multivitamins to digest the food u r taking
