I have pain in my teeth for last week l take some pain killer but no relife there is a cavity in my left teeth I confess this that I take gutka please give me some sugesstion.

It is so brave of you to confess that you have gutka. Please be brave enough to drop that habit. If you have a cavity in your tooth, taking painkillers will be just a temporary solution. Please visit a dentist and get a proper treatment in the form of filling / root canal treatment / extraction, depending on the exact condition of your tooth.

Stop taking gutka like things because it causes lots of dental problem. Like yellowish teeth, plaque deposition, gum disease, loosening of teeth and even oral cancer. For temporary relief from pain you can take ketorol dt 2 tabs dissolved in half cup of water. But you should consult a dentist immediately for x-ray to rule out the exact cause of pain.
