I have pancreatic problem and treatment is going on but I have habit of smoking. Is smoking harmful during this disease. I also want to know if I used nicotine chewgum. Is it ok. Kindly suggest.

0Smoking is definitely harmful overall and more so in chronic pancreatitis (i assume that is the diagnosis). It leads to worsening of symptoms and development of cancer in chronic pancreatitis. You should quit immediately or get help to quit as soon as possible.
