I am around 28 year old. I had masturbate around 6 to 7 years from age of 17 but not now. I am feeling very less excitement and hardness in my penis from few months penis becomes very loose. I do not know reason .I am pure vegetarian and pure non alcoholic. May I get complete hardness and excitement and blood flow in penis please advice.
