My 1.4 year old daughter is having cough and cold for more than a week. She has already taken paediatrician medicines. Also I am giving her ginger honey. But no effect. She is fine while awake but when she sleep cough remains the same and sometimes she vomits due to this. Kindly suggest.(home remedies preferred)
