Sir i'm a student of B.A.M.S 3 rd year. And last week I got a problem. I have a friend who's my junior. We used to speak often. And she's good. I have visited her city with her. I think her father did not accept that. And now when I called her number before 3 days her father answered and I pretended to be a wrong number. He sent the number to the principal and he threatened that he will discontinue her college and spoil my carrier and thrash me with a group. Principal called my parents and told everything. I didn't have any relationship. They didn't come to college but from that day i'm not calm and my mental condition is not good. I feel fear of people around me. I don't know why but i'm suffering a lot. I'm fearing in my bed too. I feel cornered and I feel like giving up for life. I'm really scared of people everywhere. I'm scared of croud. please help me.

Try and stay with friends. Do some yoga nidra or hypnosis for relaxation. Look up deep breathing. As it relaxes you. Basically take a deep breath. As you breathe in feel your stomach expanding and count 1-2-3-4-5-6. (be careful that your abdomen expands, not your chest). Then as you exhale breathe out from your mouth like a slow "ahh" Do this 4-5 times. If the problem persists see a doctor.
