Hi sir/madam my name is Prashanth and I'm 19 years old. My problem is that I'm getting nightfall twice or thrice in a week. Two weeks back I got continuously for 6 days after that it was two times or three times in a week. This is happening from 3 years but when compared to past two years, this year is the worst because in last two years nightfall was happening only one in two or three months nowadays it's more. Before 2 months ago sperms was in solid form nowadays it's more liquid form which gives more pain to my penis and my penis has been slightly bent to left side what would be reason for this doctor? I don't have habit of masturbation and I left watching porn videos long back and I dint have any sex too. From two months my back is paining so much even I'm feeling difficult to sit for long time and there's more tiredness and knee pain sometimes below the knee too and more hairfall and body weak. Is this cause of nightfall? So I request for the suggestion for this problem and what treatment should be taken to cure it?
