I am working in accounts and most of the time sitting in front computer and having a pain at my hip bone joints and sometimes also observing a tingling sensation in my legs. What to do,

Apply hot fomentation Take rest breaks in between your work of at least 5-10 min, do self stretching of whole body Do spinal extension exercise Do stretching of hamstrings, quadriceps & calf muscles Do ankle pumps Do neck stretching All exercise must be done twice a day Make use of footrest while sitting Your lower back must be well supported, keep a cushio or thin pillow Take plenty of fluids.
