Milk is good source of calcium either it is cow milk or buffalo milk.
Cow milk has lower amount of fat and cholesterol compare to buffalo milk buf if you drink skimmed milk then there is no difference
but cow milk has almost double amount of sodium compare to buffalo milk so if person suffering from cardiac disease buffalo skimmed milk is good option.
