Hi, you should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Peanut butter is another yummy remedy for gaining weight. Some people avoid exercise in hope to gain calories, it's not healthy habit being lazy doesn't mean you will gain weight in a healthy way. Include protein rich food in your diet.
