How to recognise sinus? I have a problem. If I get sneeze anytime that will not stop and sneezes will come continuously for some 10 mins. Pls help me what to do for this. Will this take under sinus?

Hi, Sinuses are present in forehead and in cheek bones. If you are sneezing it does not mean that you have sinus issue. It can be because of allergies. In sinus problem one feels heaviness in forehead and in cheekbones and there will be nasal stuffiness. Decongestant nasal drops may help in relieving the nasal blockage. For sneezing antihistamines can help. But find out with what you are allergic to. Take care.

take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day..1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep...avoid milk...cold drinks....take hot water steam....
