Doctor. I'm 1st of years collage student. But day by day continuously increase my weight how to control it by easy time killer tasks? And daily I walk about 1300 steps average but no positive result till.

Hello, you should go for brisk walk in the morning .do regular exercise atleast 20 minutes daily. Include more vegetable and fruits in your diet. Take 1glass lukewarm water with half lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food.
