Dear lybrateuser -You can have a boiled egg with slice of whole wheat bread, milk with oats/wholegrain cereals, idli(1-2)/dosa with sambar, poha, yogurt with fresh fruits, wholegrain pasta, limit your portions to a slice of bread, one bowl milk, yogurt -in lunch & dinner have more of vegetables, wholegrain bread/chapatti, cottage cheese, raita, a small bowl of yogurt, a piece of non-veg preferably seafood, skinless chicken, also include beans, pulses, peas in your daily menu -use not more than 1-2 teaspoon of cooking oil per day, avoid processed & fried food, also junk food -have salad, sprouts, fruit, yogurt as snacks if you feel hungary.
