Suggest me food that improve the immunity. I have ESR-50 and all other related RA and ANA ve but no symptoms, TB also negative.

Dear lybrateuser, -You can include foods such as citrus fruits, red bell peppers, ginger, garlic, spinach, yogurt, almonds, broccoli, turmeric, green tea, papaya ,kiwi, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, add these to your meals when you prepare them, have 2-3 fruits of different variety daily in your diet, have 2-3 cups of green tea per day.
