My cholesterol level is high. i consult my doctor and he advised me to take daily in night after food one tablet rozavel f10. Sugar is normal. What can I do?

If you could give me levels of your lipid profile it would help. Avoid junk food, excessive sweets and keep to optimum weight. Also keep a low salt diet and exercise regularly.
