I am 20 years old. Last night there was a party and after that in morning I had vomiting 3-4 times and then loose motions and even stomach pain. And next day after this I was normal but did not have free toilet. I do not known since 2 days after this I am having irregular bowel and even smelly fart. I was given pylokit tablets. Can you tell me what to do. I am. Very tensed. What happened to me. Now I am normal just I have irregular bowel.
