If an 8 years old suffers from dengue and suddenly bleeding starts from his nose .are their any special reason behind this symptom or not and if so what are they? And how should they be treated in absence of doctor? please reply me as soon as possible .thanks.

Bleeding from nose is common in a patient of dengue because in dengue platelet count is decreased. Platelets are very important for clotting if blood.
