Hello, do regular exercise. Stop eating junk and processed food. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, sprouts eggs, milk and milk products. Combination of cereal and pulses. Take healthy and heavy breakfast. Regular outdoor exercise helps to stimulate appetite. Take small and frequent meals.
