I am 22 years old, I am suffering from nightfall for nearly 1.5 specially after after the UTI Treatment, I thik still the infection is there but when I see the urine colour it's normal white. I had consulted the doctor he prescribed me norflox 400 and cital syrp, but I am not taking it because of its side effects. I am very much confused. I am not understanding is It because of weaken muscles or it is because of infection. So how can I cure myself with correct treatment?

Dear Lybrate User, First of all let me make it clear that you may experience nightfalls/Nocturnal Emission of sperm for twice in a month if you do not have a habit of masturbation or if you do not indulge in any sexual intercourse.
