I have lost 7.5 kg weight in just 10 months. Previously it was 84 kg but now it is 76.5 kg. During this time I used to do morning walk or exercise also. Now I am worried about it that is it normal to decrease this much weight in small interval of time. During the time I am suffering from the problem of night fall also. But no other disease like fever etc I am suffering. I am worried about it please guide me.
