Hello don't worry about it. Add more protein in your diet like eggs, pulses, milk and milk products, do some basic workout every day. You can try whey protein powder after workout. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Stop eating junk and processed food. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning.
