Vit' B complex -Green leafy vegetable: Palak, methi leaves, drumsticks leaves, to check, constipation.
Iron- pomegranate to increase haemoglobin level

Row eggs, smoked seafood,
Over indulgence in coffee & tea.
Restaurant food, junk food, containing MSG & taste enhancer.
Mango & jackfruits. Fried food.
