Hi, I am 5'7 inches in height weight is 62, I am trying to put on some weight since 3-4 years but could not succeed. I also used to do gyming daily but haven't tried with any mass gainer and protein. I also take much calories to increase weight like pastries, chocolates etc. Please route me through some effective ways to increase the weight.

Hello, The high calories foods which you are consuming to gain weight are simply giving you empty calories in the form of sugar which has zero benefits in the body. Improve milk and milk products which will give you healthy weight gain and also some very vital nutrients. If you are gyming everyday you need to reduce or to 3-4 times a week, as insufficient rest can also not give you desired results.
