It is not good to keep negative thoughts. Follow my instructions and this will help you in your sex functioning. Do not keep any tension. Even that will hinder. Follow this advice and slowly you would be able to gain confidence and perform properly. Early Ejaculation or Premature Ejaculation is a common problem and most Indians have it. It happens because you are not able to control your excitement when you go for sex. By the time you start intercourse with your partner, your peak is near and you get discharged soon. Males usually take 3 minutes from arousal to discharge. Females take 10-15 minutes to get aroused. So how to match both. Learn to desensitize or control your emotions a little by thinking something else in the start, while you do foreplay on your partner. When about 10 minutes have passed then think of yourself and you will charged immediately in a second. Then do sex. If you have proper desires then erection will too be good. If negative thoughts are there then erection will not be good. For insertion in vagina, take help of some lubrication but if you have good desires and foreplay is good, lubrication come automatically. Ask your partner to help in getting insertion. Changing of positions during the act, also helps. Remember, Diet should be fresh fruits whatever available in market and similarly for fresh vegetables and one hour of jogging or brisk walking every morning. This will keep you sexually active and fit. Remember this, that 60-70% people in Indian subcontinent are suffering from Premature Ejaculation.

Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. Premature ejaculation occurs when a man ejaculates sooner during sexual intercourse than he or his partner would like. Premature ejaculation is a common problem which happens due to psychological stress and anxiety in majority of people. After confirming that these are not due to diabetics, hypertension or any other organic problems, for this reason, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), such as sertraline (Zoloft), paroxetine (Paxil) or fluoxetine (Prozac, Sarafem), are used to help delay ejaculation. If SSRIs don't improve the timing of your ejaculation, your doctor may prescribe the tricyclic antidepressant clomipramine (Anafranil). I don't see any requirement of medicines for you. I suggest online sex therapy. Take care.
