Dear sir I've a itches and rashes before 3 months in my anal I thought it was some yeast infection and I bathed 2 times a day. After 2 weeks I got itches and red rashes in penis shaft I thought it was a ringworm and I applied candid b. The itches gone for 3 days and I stopped to apply. After I got tiny sores on base of my penis head and no bumps. I search online and I guess its hsv2 now I'm using acv and turmeric with combination of garlic the sores are going but bumps will appear in top base head of my penis. Now I'm using garlic plus olive oil till bumps is there but sores are going disappeared mildly. Can you tell me what's the exact disease its herpes or wat? If herpes means how should to clear I tried accivlovir cream and tab 200 mg for 10 days before 1 month but no use. But garlic can reduce but I got inflammation and burning when I use regularly so I'm confused about this pls suggest me I want to get rid of this. Tell me what medication should I have? And what exact STD test name should I do for this? Really I'm worried about now pls tell me some suggestion or tell me the medication names I should try whatever you said. In my area don't have STD labs facility that's y I'm posted here? PS: I've oral and anal sex before 3 months afterwards only I got this problems. This is my 1st outbreak. That's why I thought it was an STD.
