After I had my dinner, I regularly eat ice cream. That is good for health? It will not gain weight for me?
Ask Free Question
Of course it will cause weight gain. It is not good for your health as you are taking additional calories & fats that too post dinner when activity level is minimal. You may try replacing ice cream with sweet fruits instead- dates/banana/mango/chikoo/lichi/watermelon. Early & light dinner is advisable for good health. Include enough fibre & protein in dinner to get satiety & reduce cravings.
