Take high calorie and high protein diet do excercise or walk regularly. Don't skip brkfst. With brkfst take 1 glass of milk n add 2 badam n 2 anjeer. Take 4-5 meals in a day on frequent interval.

Your BMI is 19.6 which means you are in 'Normal' weight category. You should focus more on increasing strength and fitness. There is no need for extra weight or bulk. In next 5-10 years you will naturally put on weight. Hence it a good right now to remain slim and fit. You should not compare with others. Take small meals but eat something solid every 2 hours. 1.
