It is an excellent source of dietary fiber, calcium, beta-carotene, It helps in maintaining blood sugar levels.It lowers bad cholesterol and is very good for skin and hair.It cleanses liver and also good for weight loss. Green tea contains antioxidants and nutrients, improves functioning of brain, burns fat, lowers risk of some types of cancers, lowers risk of type II diabetes and cardio vascular diseases.
