You cannot gain weight by just adding a supplement to your diet. Weight gain needs additional calories through a balance of carbohydrates, proteins, healthy fats and exercise. Need & dosage for protein supplement will depend on the duration, type & intensity of your workout. It is not clear what kind of improvement you are looking for since as per your height mentioned here (5'1") your weight should be less than 60 Kg (present weight). You may include good quality protein sources in diet though- curd, lassi, buttermilk, milk, egg, fish, chicken.
