I am 27 year old Male, my height is 5.6 feet tall, my weight is 87 kg which is not good. I have to reduce my weight upto 10 kg. I workout regularly 1 hour 30 min for past 2 month but can not loose 1 kg of my weight. Can anyone suggest me what to do?

You have got to have patience. Try to have complex food (whole grains and unpolished pulses) and not starchy carbohydrates (avoid all refined food, junk food, soda,bakery food, and non- veg.) Drink warm water before and after every food intake. Have small portions of food 4-5 times a day. Half of your diet can be fruits and vegetables. Have enough sleep (6-8 hrs ). Wait for your body to respond in its own ways. The intention to reduce weight itself is great (half the journey done! So what's the hurry!) Get regular health check up and some basic blood and urine tests (at least once in a year).
