Hello doctor, I am suffering from lower abdominal pain for 3-4 days. When I am sneezing it pains a lot. I thought of it as gastric problem but after taking pan-D in morning it is not gone. In afternoon my stomach has gas movements. I use to take aciloc RD at that time. But it doesn't work. I don't know what is this. Is this for a bad food habit or anything serious? Please reply. Thank you.
