Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. Slightly tapered or curved penis will help in sexual satisfaction due to increased friction and it is in no way a health problem. For tight foreskin, you can use oil to massage it. Repeatedly retract it several times in a day and slowly it becomes elastic enough. Take care.
