I had nocturnal emission 2-3. Days back and it happened after 7-8 months. Then it again happened to me yesterday. Nocturnal emissions after such a long time is normal. Take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily to detoxify body. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Do meditation for mental strength daily. Take light dinner always and don't take milk and milk products at night. You can do gym on current day if you have this problem.
