As per your narration and the drugs you take your complaint is hypothyroidism which causes this tiredness and weakness ,slowness etc and despite taking hormones if you are feeling tired, furthur investigation has to be carried out. You can consult an endocrinologist to investigate furthur. Homoeopathic approach is to find the cause of this hormonal imbalance and to treat it thus bringing back the altered immunity to normal after a consultation.
