The key to fit body is, balanced diet and daily exercise. Avoid tea/coffee/alcohol and smoking and include fresh vegetables and seasonal fruits in our diet. Drink plenty of water, incorporate lots of protein followed by carbohydrate in your meal. Do not skip meals and choose any form of exercise that interests you.

Hi. When you wake up, have hot water with honey and lemon juice. Breakfast- milk/cereal/porridge with poha/upma/idli/omellette/vegetable sandwich, glass of seasonal fruit juice or coconut water before lunch lunch-butter milk, rice/chapati with dal/sabzi. (made in less oil or ghee) evening snack- protein shake/milk shake with khakhra or any light snack. Dinner- khichdi/soup/dal, avoid rice. Dinner should be before 8: 30. Eat more of leafy vegetables in routine.
