How to loss weight in quick time please give me proper deit plan and exercise plan my age is 20 and my weight is 78 kg, I want it to reduce below 60 kg and my height is 170 cm.

mohit if you will try quick time weight loss plan ,its harmful for body..now you are only 20 year old so keep patience and mentain your healthy routine..both things are important for reducing body weight..1st its 30 to 45 minute cardeo exercises preferable brisk walking and 2nd its taking healthy nutritive diet.. drink warm water with lemon and honey early in the morning.. maximum intake of water and green tea.. dinner it should be light maximum till 8pm.. always be active..dont rest after taking meal..
