Dear lybrate-user, according to your height your weight should be around 58 - 68 Kgs. I would suggest you take good quantity of foods that has foods from all the five food groups like cereals, pulses, fruits and vegetables, milk and milk products, meat and fish if you are non vegetarian. Drink plenty of water. Never skip any of your meal especially your breakfast. Have frequent meals rather than one large meal. Include whole cereals and pulses rather than refined foods. Try to include variety in your meals.
