I can see from your query that you are still hooked on to processed foods instead of switching over to natural foods. Corn flakes is highly processed and so is C Shake. You need to leave this stuff and switch over to nature. Instead of Cflakes try to have 2 Roti's + boiled egg + sprouts. Roti's can be had with simple veggies/dal also. Trust nature don't trust factories. Take a leap of health. Leave bad habits behind. You are young now. Its time to move towards good health and get rid of your dependency on medicines.
