Everyday I think to wake up early but it doesn't happen, for workout but by 6 am I get up go to toilet and again I go to bed. How should I break this habit.

Hello, You don't need to change this habit it's just about changing mindset. What commonly known as is the 'Withdrawal Stage' which is very common with most of us. Once you start with any exercise schedule first couple of weeks are difficult for everyone. Once you wake up ensure that you are splashing some cold water on your face which will ensure that your state of semi sleep is disturbed. Followed by a warm cup of herbal/ginger tea for refreshing your system. Remember its just that first 5 to 10 minutes that are difficult to adapt and that could only be possible if you distract yourself from your bed.
