Dear Lybrate user,
-At your age pain could be due to acidity, anxiety or sedentary habit
-avoid spicy, fried & junk food, have fresh homemade food, do not skip meals, have meals on time, chew your food well, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime, do not lye down immediately after food
-do regular exercise, also do yoga & deep breathing for 10-15 min in the morning for good digestion
-drink 7-8 glasses of water a day
-take tablet digene, 1 tab 20 min after each meal.
