Hello You need not worry. You need not bother for overweight right now. You can go for walking for 20-30 mins 5 days a week. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Don't skip breakfast. Drink plenty of water. Start your day with 5 almonds soaked overnight and green tea and an apple. Take milk and milk products, whole pulses, sprouts, seasonal fruits and vegetables. Be happy.
