Hello For dark circles, first get plenty of sleep Increase your intake of water Eat lots of green vegetables Decrease your TV and mobile and laptop viewing hours (it causes stress to the eyes) Take juices rich in vitamin a and vitamin c. Take orange juice, watermelon, lemon juice etc And increase the intake of foods such as tomatoes, grapes, bananas, amla, citrus fruits like orange, lemon. Tomatoes are rich in antioxidants.
