My age is 32 I have cervical spondylitis I did show to orthopedic Doctor he gave me some pain medicines but still the pain is there I feel it's some nerve pain near my left ear which is causing pain in my left side head and left shoulder it jas also swollen near my left shoulder should I consult a neurologist for this nerve pain. Looks like you have severe muscle spasm. Please get your blood test for Vitamin D3. Also, if you are spending a lot of time on a laptop/computer/mobile that may be the cause of your pain. Posture correction along with proper physiotherapy may help you.

Do warm foamentation, traction, few neck exercises which are to start after relief from pain. Use smooth pillow with low height. For time being if pain is unbearable in slightly movement then only use cervical collar.
