Hello lybrate-user, Her diet is lacking in protein and more of carbohydrates. So include protein like dals, pulses, eggs. Avoid bakery products like bread, cakes, pizza etc Do not give same type of vegetables like alu bajjii both times. Include variety of veges in her diet. You can add vegetables in parathas also.
