Hi I am 28 years male from Delhi and its been 6 months that my stomach problem not going, Dr. consider this IBS and my endoscopy done 4 months back state eosinophilic enteritis, but I feel some infection moving around my stomach from inside same as H Pylori. Because 6 months back suddenly it started with blood in stool 1st day and 2 day black tarry stool diarrhoea and till date stomach keeping upset with loss of 12 kg weight. I have same symptoms of H Pylori since I read about it with gluten sensitivity. I would like to know which and where can I go for H Pylori test, as I have heard Blood Antigen test is not appropriate way to find H Pylori infection as most of the time it comes with negative even if H Pylori is present. Please advise if somebody can help me with treatment.
