Dear lybrate-user, don't take Nutrigain or any other products for wt. Gain. You have to increase your food intake. Eat atleast 5 - 6 times in a day - 3 main meals and 3 in-between meals. Include aloo parathas / paneer parathas in breakfast, lunch & dinner should be 2 -3 chapatis with rice, veg, dal, curd & some salad.
