Hi my age is 28 now. I am unable to sleep well from last 6 months. During the sleep many unnecessary thoughts are coming into the mind. During a day only I can sleep around 3 to 4 hours Hardly. Sometimes I feel sleepy after leaning into bed I may not fall into sleep. Please help in this regards.

Avoid caffeinated beverages afternoon onwards..As far as possible try to avoid afternoon sleep,D o not glue to laptop,TV, Mobiles one hr.before going to sleep atleast 10pm,It takes time to settle your biological clock. as we get in Jetleg,Be patient.Recommend Councelling for Lifestyle modification,stress management to overcome this.
