Hi All, No medicine is working to recover my libido. I have spent lot of money on medicine and nothing works. From last month I am taking kaamchudamoney ras and makardwas after allopathic but these are also not working. It's been 5 years no sex desire. There is no pshiycal issue. I feel hard erection in morning but no desire at all since 5 yrs. I was on antidepressants for two years but from last three years I have stopped everything but I have lost my libido completely. I have lost all my hopes now. There is issue in my mind there is no sex drive I have my testosterone report which is normal. I have visited psychiatrist, sexologist, have taken online consultation, taken costly ayurvedic medicine but nothing works why. I am getting mad now. I do not see any way to recover my libido now. please any experience doctor please help me if there is anything which can help me. I do daily yoga like pranayam, anlom vilom, kapalbati also go to gym and workout 2 hrs. I also take care about my diet. But no improvement in libido. everything is good but I do not feel any desire for sex even I try to intercourse with girl and erection was perfect I could not enjoy anything. I still feel like virgin boy after having sex.

1.do yoga exercises regularly which increase your blood in body particular to those organs involved in sex.in addition 2-eat healthy nutritious diet like fresh green salad with meal 1 tomato 1 onion 1 cucumber daily use 3.avoid fried food like chicken fish egg spicy food 4-drink warm milk before sleep consisting with walnuts or dry dates 5-may take ayurvedic remedies for fast effective result 6-stop masturbation don't watch porn video 8-do abdominal crunches, leg raises, push ups 20 nos each and yoga. 9-do kegel exercises daily.
